Anyone from 6 to 6'1 (178cm to 183cm) Should probably pick L.
Anyone taller than that should pick XL.
The sizes are Western standard.

Materials
Synthetic Fibers (Polyester, Elastane, Spandex, Modal)
- Provide stretch, shape retention, and durability.
- Used in blends to enhance comfort and performance.
Care Instructions
Washing: Collect dirty clothes, all of them. Put them in the washing machine. Select Sports or Quick Wash or whatever settings look least intimidating. 30–40°C should do it. Press start. Congratiulations, you're doing laundry!
Drying: Hang anywhere with slight air ventilation and should be dry i about the same time it takes to order a pizza delivery.
Ironing: Don't iron this stuff.
Storage: In your wardrobe with all your other van der Wear essentials.
